Things to do in New Orleans

There are a few things everyone must do when they go to New Orleans. Some things you should try to incorporate every trip you make to New Orleans. Like....
Going to Cafe Du Monde for coffee (chocolate milk) and donuts It gives you the best sugar rush ever. Feeding Pumpkin a carrot.
Putting on your sunglasses and grab your purses and stuff for your ride on the streetcar.
Taking a ride on the streetcar but don't ride the Canal St. line from City Park to
the quarter. There are too many crazies that get picked up along the way.
Make sure you take your Nanny Hanna with you so that way you can get away with doing things that your Momma Alison would never let you do.
Watch the crazies with Aidan.
Finally, we made it back to City Park!

Christmas Vacation in the ATL

So it has been along time since an update has been made. I can honestly say it is all my Momma's fault. She had to switch out the computer then get every thing downloaded and here I am updating my blog. It will be filled with lots of pictures.
Waiting to open presents at home with Momma, Daddy and Miles.
Daddy Joe loved his homemade paperweight from his favorite girl...that's ME!
Baking cookies for Santa.
Momma really wanted a picture with just the two of us. I am ashamed to have acted so badly.
Oh, Santa won't mind it I take a little taste.

Ode to Santa

Dear Santa, As you will see I have been busy keeping the naughty out and in with the nice.

As I trim the tree with happiness and glee
While enjoying my first taste of egg nogTime for being extra sweet, so you will visit me in the night After baking him a sweet delight
I can't wait until you come to my house on Christmas night

Momma said you are watching me close. You know when I am naughty like when I got stuck in Miles' swing; which was not the very best thing. But I have been making sure to be extra sweet. Like making presents for Daddy Joe. How could you resist my sweet delightful little face?
Love --
Isabella

Thanksgiving Thanks

Thanksgiving weekend I got to hang out with Aunt Jenna. We had a lot of fun, she put some make up on me. For this I was thankful.
Nina let me help her make the sweet potato casserole. For this I was thankful.
Daddy Joe talked to me about the importance of frying a turkey. For this I was thankful.

Papa Ray played with me the whole weekend. For this I was thankful.
Momma made sure I was dressed cute. For this I was thankful.
The most important thing I am thankful for is for having such a wonderful family. I love and miss you all.

I visited a Chicken Farm at Paul and Leslie'sI managed to get us a tray of eggs with double yokes. What's up with that???
I got a tooth pulled because I had an extra one. I actually have another extra one but it hasn't started causing trouble yet so I will hold on to that.

Too Busy

It is official, I have been too busy to take time to make a post to my blog. The short version of the month of October is here.
I have been enjoying my paints. I painted my fingers and toes just like Momma.
I took a trip to Atlanta to see Nina, Papa, Aunt Jenna, Uncle Tom, and Aunt Carolyn. I was dancing around for Uncle Tom and he liked my dance moves.
Momma said I finally found a way to not get sent to time out for 'playing with the stove' - using the broiler draw handle as my seat instead of my feet. That was the best Oreo ever - I have my Mommas weakness for these delicious cookies.

I had visitors from NOLA; Aunt Domini, the Relle Aunts (Aunt Domini's sisters) - Aunt Jonel and Aunt Roseanne, and cousin Katie. I helped Katie bake muffin tops in her new pan. However it was determined by the all the Aunts that Katie and I are not really good bakers. I don't know what they are talking about, because I am a good baker so it must have been Katie who is not the good baker.
I was in my first automobile accident. We were all safe with just some minor bumps and bruises. We had many guardian angels watching over us. That is why I say a prayer to my Guardian Angel every night.
I carved a pumpkin with Daddy. This was alot of fun but the inside of the pumpkin was nasty! I was not too crazy about touching the seeds. Don't go far because the Halloween post is coming but first I have to go help with Miles.
